BRUCE CARVER names Vice President – Cummins Business Services and Chief Information Officer

April, 2010 — I am pleased to announce that Bruce Carver will take on the additional responsibility of leading the CBS organization, effective immediately. His new title will be Vice President – Cummins Business Services and Chief Information Officer.

In his two years at Cummins, Bruce has driven a great deal of positive change in the Company’s IT organization, including bringing the work done by CBS and Corporate IT into better alignment. Bruce also has a passion for global shared services and understands the critical role IT innovation will play in our continued work to become world class in Finance, HR and IT services.

ITSMF Members among Black Enterprise 100 Most Powerful Executives In Corporate America

Feburary, 2009 – James Dallas and Robert Dixon were named among the 100 Most Powerful Executives in Corporate America in the Feburary, 2009 issue of Black Enterprise Magazine. Each candidate was selected from among the higest ranking executives within his or her corporation, managing national and global businesses. These men and women are CEOs, CFOs, or heads of major divisions that significantly contribute to their company's revenues, or officers of members of their companies executive committees. Other titles include president, general managerm executive vice president, senior vice president, or another top-ranking position with significant management responsibility and budget authority. Excecutives holding the position of general counsel were not considered.
