Hotel reservations can be made at a discounted rate of $199.00 per night plus applicable taxes (currently 16%). This rate is available until Monday, April 22nd or until the discounted rate is sold out. Rooms can be booked three days before and three days after the Symposium, based on availability. Mention ITSMF to receive the special group rate.

It is necessary to guarantee the room to a credit card. Upgraded rooms may be offered at the time of reservation for an additional fee. All "no show" reservations will be billed to each individual's credit card. The cancellation of guaranteed reservations must be received twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a charge equal to one night's room and applicable taxes.

**Early Departure Clause: At check-in, each guest will have the chance to reconfirm their departure dates. Any guest departing prior to that date will be charged 50% of the rate for each night they are departing early.

By Taxi:

Taxi rides are charged at a flat rate of $5 for one passenger and $1 each additional passenger; otherwise, fares are meter-based. The fare to and from the airport from the hotel is a flat rate of $32, plus $2 for each additional passenger.

By Subway:

Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) train system, has connections between the airport and Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead and the Perimeter for easy Atlanta travel. The closest station to the hotel is the Midtown Stop just two blocks away. The fare is $2.50 each way, and passengers must purchase the Breeze Card from station vending machines to ride. Multi-trip passes, as well as seven- to 30-day passes are also available.

**The hotel does not offer shuttle service to and from the airport.
