Partner of the Year
On behalf of Fannie Mae, we are very honored to be selected as this year’s Partner of the Year. As a company, we strongly believe in ITSMF’s mission of increasing African American representation at senior levels of IT through executive development programs, networking initiatives, mentoring, and strategic partnerships. Through our very own partnership, we had the opportunity to serve as the host of the 2017 ITSMF Regional Networking Event. At the event, it was clear to see that the great work that ITSMF and its partners are doing to support this mission is truly making a difference in people’s lives.
Fannie Mae also strives to make a difference in people’s lives by increasing access to affordable housing across the U.S. We also strive to create an inclusive culture that invites all employees to be fully engaged and to be respected and valued for who they are. In 2017, our CEO showcased this commitment by signing the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion, the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace, which is comprised of more than 270 CEOs representing nearly 70 industries across the U.S.
